Windansea BeachI took this picture last year on Christmas Day. It was absolutely gorgeous that day in San Diego. This area is called Windansea Beach, which is south of La Jolla, CA. known for its awesome surf and beautiful stretches of pristine beaches and clear turquoise looking water. A must go to place when visiting San Diego.

Thanks Mark. I’m getting very frustrated myself with this marine layer. This is very unusual for this time of year. The marine layer is coming in everyday at my house and as I’m typing this, the clouds are coming in already. I’m hoping that September will be a better month. Thanks for stopping by.
Great photo with a gorgeous sunset. I was just at Windansea this past weekend. Unfortunately, the past half dozen times or so I have been out to the coast, it has been overcast. Perhaps I will have more luck next weekend. But winter does seem to be a better time to get shots without the marine layer in San Diego.
