A few pictures of Seaside Reef in Cardiff by the Sea in the North County of San Diego. It’s a beautiful stretch of beach and is on the top of the list when it comes to my favorite San Diego Beaches. Some of these shots are long exposure shots, taken after the sunset. Many people don’t realize, that the best images can be captured after the Sunset if the conditions are right.
A beautiful Bride admiring the Sunset at Windansea Beach in La Jolla, California. I thought this image was just perfect for the scripture of the Bride awaiting the Bridegroom, Who is Jesus. The church is the bride of Christ and we re awaiting the arrival of the Groom, which could be at any moment. The Bride has to be ready, for she does not know the hour when He will come for her. Maranatha Lord Jesus.
I felt like I was dreaming this evening. Dreaming about a place where there is peace and happiness, love and not hate. A place where there is no pain and suffering.
In my dream, I was in a perfect world, in a world they way it was meant to be when God first created it.
Unfortunately, I had to go back into reality, into a world of violence, chaos and wars. Is this not something that everyone wants, a world where we can all live together without hate and violence?
Peace and Love has been pursued by mankind, but was never achieved.
The lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes and the pride of life has kept us from living together in Harmony. That is not of God and we as fallen sinful man will never achieve what so many have tried and dreamed of; everlasting Peace.
Only Jesus Christ, the Savior of the World will bring everlasting peace, when He returns as King of kings and Lord of lords. Maranatha Lord Jesus.
“For all that is in the world–the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life–is not of the Father but is of the world.” 1 John 2:16
It was another beautiful Sunset at Swami’s Beach. It was low tide at the time I took this shot. This is one of my favorite places along the San Diego Coastline. Swami’s is in Encinitas, CA which is in the North County of San Diego. It’s a laid back place and is not over crowded as some beaches. Truly as close to Paradise as one can get. http://sandiegovipsevents.wordpress.com/2013/07/17/top-surfing-spots-in-san-diego/
After many days of overcast along the San Diego Coastline, the weather finally changed into a more summer like climate. This picture was taken about 20 minutes after the sunset with a long shutter exposure.
A beautiful sunset at Windansea Beach, just north of La Jolla, CA. It’s one of my favorite spots in San Diego. The beaches around Windansea are not so crowded as other beaches around San Diego.
The famous Del opened in February 1888 and was declared a Historic Landmark in 1977. The Hotel was also the first with electricity, thanks to Thomas Edison.
There are two ways to visit Coronado Island. There is the Ferry that leaves from the Harbor in Downtown San Diego, or with the car, driving across the famous Coronado Bridge which was finished in 1969. People used to pay a fee when crossing the bridge. I can’t remember how much it was, either 50 or 75 cents. It may have been as much as a Dollar. The money was collected to pay for the bridge. Coronado is a beautiful place and has much to offer.
I took this picture last year on Christmas Day. It was absolutely gorgeous that day in San Diego. This area is called Windansea Beach, which is south of La Jolla, CA. known for its awesome surf and beautiful stretches of pristine beaches and clear turquoise looking water. A must go to place when visiting San Diego.
